Initial Consultation
The Initial Consultation is probably the most important step in the process of having cosmetic surgery.
Cosmetic surgery is the only surgery that one can voluntarily decide to have!
Any other surgical procedure is ordered by a doctor or medical team treating you for an illness or when hospitalised.
You as a patient have very little say in the matter.
In cosmetic surgery, this is the exact opposite!
You decide for yourself whether you will have a cometic procedure performed on your body. Moreover, you choose the surgeon, the time and the place for your cosmetic procedure yourself.
Are you a candidate?
However, not all patients are candidates for all treatments!
The first issue that needs to be determined is wether you are a candidate for the cosmetic procedure that you desire or not?
In other words, if you are physically, mentally and emotionally capable to have the procedure of your choice.
All of our surgeons are experienced in determining your candidacy for cosmetic surgery.
Expectations and Results
The second issue that requires attention are the possible expectations you may have about the final results.
Our surgeon will explain the possibilities available to you and what you can expect as a result of the cosmetic procedure(s) and
the time needed for recuperation/heeling.
Without this information, you cannot make a knowledgeable decision. This will prevent you from coming in for surgery and
being dissapointed with the result afterwards and eventually regret having had the surgery at all.
This is why, at the European Beauty Clinic, an Initial Consultation in one of our offices, is mandatory before an appointment for surgery can be made.
Price without surprises
The final issue that needs to be determined is the financial cost of the procedures. At the time of your consultation and after examination, our surgeon will be able to give you an exact price for the desired cosmetic procedures. There will be no additonial costs afterwards because more time was needed for the surgery.
